Do you make national and international shipments?

Yes. Domestic shipments have no additional cost. And the cost of international shipments will be calculated at the time of purchase depending on the destination. We ship with Fedex or DHL.

What are the accepted payment methods?

Your payment will be processed by wire transfer to the DÍAZ DEL CASTILLO MILLINERY account or through PayuLatam or MercadoPago payment platforms, which facilitate the purchase process with a credit or debit card.

We can send a link to make the payment with any credit card too.

 

DÍAZ DEL CASTILLO MILLINERY will never have access to your financial information.

 

Are all the taxes included in the price?

No. International customers are responsible for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. In the event that you choose to reject the delivery of your order, you will be responsible for the customs fees and shipping charges from your country to DÍAZ DEL CASTILLO MILLINERY. These fees in addition to the cost of two-way international shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

The delivery of your product will take between 6 and 20 business days, which will be counted from the date the payment is made. DÍAZ DEL CASTILLO MILLINERY dispatches its orders from Monday to Friday only, and these are subject to the availability indicated at the time of purchase.

 

If you want to cancel your order, change details regarding the design of the piece, or modify the information provided (such as data in the delivery address), you must do so on the same day that you placed the order. If you request adjustments later, there may be additional charges.

 

About incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses

DÍAZ DEL CASTILLO MILLINERY is not responsible for delays and / or lost goods due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses delivered by the customer. Changes of address will generate additional charges that must be paid by the customer .

 

How do I track my order?

When we ship your order, we will send you a dispatch email. This acts as your receipt, and it includes all the relevant information.
